Barely hours after blogger Robert Alai thoroughly beat him in Nairobi’s kilimani estate, Ringtone rushed to Kenyatta national hospital for medication. The singer got treatment and was later discharged.

Ringtone (Alex Apoko) is seen bleeding on his face after Robert Alai hits him with a Maasai rungu from the highly circulated video.

Robert Alai has since been arrested and taken to kilimani police station for questioning.

Shortly after he got discharged, ringtone said he would wait for the law to take its course as he asked Kenyans to continue praying for him.
