What a Happy Mashujaa Day it was for Vera Sidika and, hubby Brown Mauzo as the happy couple finally welcomed their baby girl to the world.
The socialite and her singer husband had recently taken to social media to request her online in-laws to help name her unborn baby, and she has now revealed the name to be Asia Brown.
The baby was delivered on the 20th of October 2021, at 10: 21. The star underwent a cesarean section as she had earlier confirmed to her fans on her Instagram story, where she was getting her make-up done before she could go and give birth (she always has to be on fleek). Queen Vee, as she calls herself on Instagram, definitely slayed thanks to the trip to her makeup artist.
Vera Sidika had been keeping her fans updated throughout her pregnancy journey. So, it was only right that she updated them on her safe delivery. She did this by posting an Instagram photo where the new mother was looking fly next to the newest dad in town, Brown Mauzo, and their understandably covered-up baby girl, for all to see.
On his part, Brown Mauzo posted the same picture on his page, welcoming the newest member of his family to the world. In his post the star also revealed that Asia already has an Instagram page and it has over nine thousand followers, talk about starting with a bang.
Upon posting their good news, her online in-laws didn’t waste time commenting on the post. The comments were majorly positive with fans congratulating her on her safe delivery. We are also happy for Vera and Brown and we can’t wait to see more of baby Asia sooner rather than later.
Vera must be feeling happy; firstly, for the safe delivery of her daughter, and secondly that now she can now go back to her old self. Even though the star enjoyed her journey, she had some minor complaints along the way. In her previous post, she notes that pregnancy can humble a person, as she noted that her nose had become bigger thanks to her pregnancy.
Fans quickly took to the comment section to assure Vera that what she was experiencing was normal. Some fans even shared their experiences, so as to let Vera know she was not alone.
