Excitement has been evident among the attendees of the Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi’s event that is currently ongoing at the Bomas of Kenya in Lang’ata after Deputy President Willium Ruto impromptly attended the party.
The excitement has been aroused since Dp Ruto was not one of the leaders who were expected in the celebrations today. However, he has been warmly welcomed by the Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi.
The second in command arrived at Musalia Mudavadi’s event few minutes after his battalion led by Garissa Township Member of Parliament Aden Duale arrived.
Many other UDA allies who have also shown up at Bomas of Kenya today includes Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa, Lang’ata MP Nixon Korir and former Kibra parliamentary aspirant MacDonald Mariga.
There are reports that Ruto and Mudavadi could seal a deal ahead of the August polls.
Other sources also revealed that chances are very high for Dp Ruto and Mudavadi to join their hands ahead of the August 9 elections.
