Just a year after doing a music collabo with his Kenyan baby mama Tanasha Donna, Diamond Platnumz has once again has run to Kenya for another collabo.
On Saturday night, the Tanzanian singer revealed that he is working on a music collabo with Kenyan international and Sauti Sol band member, Bien Baraza.
Taking to his Instagram stories, Diamond shared videos of him and Bien in a studio working on a music project.
Bien and Diamond were in the studio with other musicians including Rayvanny and Mbosso. Other were Diamond’s managers and directors.
The group was captured working on a project with Diamond’s manager SK Sallam teasing fans with the song they are working on.

It is not immediately clear if other Sauti Sol members will also be included in the new project. This is because it is only Bien who was seen with the Tanzanian musicians.
Other than working with Diamond, Sauti Sol seems to be lobbying other musicians from Tanzania to do a music collabo. Three days ago, Bien was also spotted with Juma Jux, something that led to speculation that he might do a collabo with the singer.
The revelation about Diamond working with Bien comes days after Sauti Sol endorsed the Wasafi boss for the BET award.

Sauti Sol asked Kenyans and their fans around the world to voted for the Baikoko hitmaker.
“Congrats on your nomination bro! Let’s get it @diamondplatnumz 👏🏿 🎊 #BestInternationalAct VOTE! VOTE! VOTE!” Sauti Sol wrote on their Instagram page.
Both Sauti Sol and Diamond have been ranked among East Africa’s music finest. The two have not only won several music awards but have been nominated for the BET Awards.
Sauti Sol was nominated for the BET awards in 2015 while Diamond has been nominated for the 2021 award.
The music collabo with Sauti Sol will be the fifth one Diamond is doing with a Kenya international. The Tanzanian music sensational has previously done collabos with Avril, Akothee, and Tanasha.
The collabo with Bien will come at the right time for Diamond as he tries to woo Kenyans to vote for him for his BET nomination award.

In the past few weeks, Kenyans have taken a hard stance against voting for Diamond. They noted that they will not vote for him until he starts providing child support for his Kenyan son, Naseeb Junior.
According to Naseeb’s mother, Tanasha, Diamond has left her alone in taking care of their son, something that Kenyans have not taken kindly. They, therefore, vowed to voted against him until he does his fatherly duties.
To appease Kenyans, the singer has not only decided to do music collabo with Kenyan musicians but promoted some Kenyan content.
A few days ago, the singer took to his social media page to claim that he was impressed with the art put by Kenya’s ugali man who went viral for his prowess in eating ugali.
Diamond is doing all this to beat Nigeria’s singers Wizkid and Burna Boy who have also been nominated for the same award as Diamond – Best International Act.
